CETT won big at the 2016 North American Society for Trenchless Technology (NASTT) No-Dig Show. Students Montazar Rabiei and Ali Rostami travelled to Dallas, Texas from March 20–24 to present their research, attend presentations, and network with other professionals at NASTT’s annual event. The trio accepted second place for best student chapter in North America, and Rabiei took home first place in the NASTT poster competition for his poster, Simple Method for Estimating Fluidic Drag for Pipes Installed via Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD).
This is the third year CETT has won at No-Dig, and the winning streak won’t stop there. With deeper research and further experiments being carried out every day, CETT is sure to keep growing and keep winning.
